Better versions of WBC cards

Is it possible do them to put out versions of some of these WBC cards that are usable now? For example, a 99 Kershaw since that’s the only way he can get an another card. Or do they no longer have the ability to make more WBC cards because of some contract limitations?

My guess has always been that they are restricted to the event. The same with the Home Run Derby X cards from the last few years

Last time they had WBC in 2023, they had to remove all the content when the year ended.

They were up front about it before and didn’t include that disclaimer this time, but I wouldn’t think it out of the question.
