Banned

How and why are big content creators still allowed to promote these 3rd party sites during their streams?
And after the mass ban, who is desperate enough to waste money and utilize these sites?
-
I wound think players and CC would now be avoiding them like the plague, not risking likely being banned.
Where where is the freaking thought process here?!?

Another thing I don't understand is the poor planning on this. If you're gonna do a mass ban you're clearly going to end up including legitimate users in this. So to not even have an official appeal process, application or something for us legit folks that were caught up in this except for "open up a ticket so it can fall on deaf ears" is BS, and unprofessional. If SDS wants to be a business then act like a business and use best business practices. Give adequate support to your users if you actually care about your users

Question:
How is SDS supposed to determine legitimate users vs those who were participating in 3rd party stub sales, especially if the 3rd party seller logs in to user profiles to do the transfer.
If you flipped multiple of an unlockable with an unnatural margin, like the example above, and SDS has proof that it was being used to move 3rd party stubs then how are they supposed to differentiate?
If they just take people's word for it then they may as well just unban everyone.
It sucks and is just an awful outcome. I get the frustration but I just don't know how SDS could determine a person's innocence or guilt other than just taking their word for it.

@Dolenz_PSN my point is to give them a chance to prove it or to even make their case. I get that it's difficult. But if you're gonna do this you need to be prepared to work through it. They took the lazy way, set a mass ban and told their loyal users that were caught up in it, that they don't care. At least give a system process or plan to appeal. I feel like I can prove it for myself but no one will respond to me.

Promoting them and using them are two entirely different things. The thought process is pretty simple “promote stupid website I don’t use for thousands of dollars”

@theBlindRhino_PSN my guess is probably not. They are probably branching off into there other games they play cfb, madden, 2k dropped yesterday, nhl next week.

IMHO, on a scale of 1 to 10,
Using the 3rd party sites are a 10, there's a slight possibility that the player may not know any better especially new players to the game and they still need to be banned like SDS is.
Promoting is a 100, because the ones that are promoting know full well that's against ToS. Those are the ones that need IP bans. Stop the promotion of using 3rd party sites you slow this mess down to a grinding halt.
That's why the promotion is going on (and I know I answered my own question) they are doing an account ban but they fire up their other account and continue promoting and everyone else that is following these knuckleheads see that and are like okay I'll create another account buy some more cheap stubs get the players again and pray they don't get caught again and if they do, guess what they rinse and repeat. IP ban the promoters and this [censored] will stop. Because nobody wants an IP ban.

@DrBear100_PSN this is the way SDS, take notes. You have to stop these CC’s like YFK from promoting these sites, for all the reasons clearly laid out in this this man’s post. Continuing to promote them after the mass ban is a whole nother level of shatty. Address it or watch the marketplace be destroyed as it was this year, but indefinitely with no chance to remedy.

Trust me, SDS is on it. I've also decided that I'm going to be super annoying and start commenting to CCs who are violating TOS. Got into a nice little argument with one the other day (he actually messaged me). But you know what, I'm protecting our community.. the good part of the community that plays by the rules.
