It is a pleasure to see people learn that there are consequences to breaking the rules and if you choose to do so that there can be consequences.

For those that do not do twitter, here is yfk rant about being banned. My opinion well deserved.

would like to point out that they made it their priority to get these bans out right before a collection drops today. Had to make sure all stub purchases go through the Show Shop! It's not only people that used stub sites, they also banned people who were using the marketplace to make stubs the legit way. People are getting banned for investing properly. I'll talk more about SDS in a bit, U4GM first.The last 5 years I've gotten a handful of offers from multiple stub sites that I never considered or responded to because I never wanted to risk getting any one banned. After learning that thousands of people from my community had already been using the site to get their collections done for years & seeing other creators promote it without issue, I decided to do more research into it. I chose to buy stubs from the site prior to partnership to see what the process was like & everything went perfectly smooth. I waited multiple days after the purchase to be safe, and obviously there was no ban. After then discussing it with my Twitch chat & seeing that they unanimously supported the move, I decided to do a trial partnership. I honestly still stand by everything I have said about U4GM as a company. They delivered everything that was promised on their end. They were legit & they were safe to use. Early on I made it a point to emphasize that what we were doing was against terms of service but nobody I knew had ever been banned for using the service. I also mentioned that if bans ever began I'd stop any type of promotion instantly. I didn't realize it could all happen at once & for that I'm sorry. In a year where SDS has done nothing but lie to us & limit our ways of earning stubs the right way, I loved the idea of players getting more stubs while spending less money. It's the LEAST they deserve after putting up with false promises & paying full price for a broken game.

@yanksthebest_PSN The justifications are ridiculous. It's against TOS. It's unethical. DO NOT DO IT.
Honestly I've never loved SDS more than I do today.

@sbchamps17_NSW Seems a simple task for SDS would be see who his opponents are and then search their play history to ID Kyle and ban. Circumventing ban should be against TOS and are easily applied against streamers.

At work and reading all this. Not going on the console for a few hours. So if I can’t see my stubs in the home section of the app and I can’t even access programs/collections and lineup, does that mean I’m probably banned? -

The level of attempted justification in that post disgusts me. I mentioned it before, SDS cast a wide net to get everyone who even bought a card from a stub transfer bot(unknowingly)- they will sift out the innocent folks as they go. YFK is trying to paint it as laziness from SDS.
I remember him "discussing" it with his chat as well...I was watching that stream. There was nothing unanimous about it, he was being warned by plenty that it wasn't a smart move. Then trying to deflect the blame by saying "oh the game was so broken, SDS pushed us to it". BS. Hogwash. Bollocks.
What a tool.

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN if you're banned, you will see no stubs in the app and when you're in the marketplace, if you tap on a card, it will give you an error.
Here's the issue. When I first asked this; I was able to see my amount of stubs, go into the Show Shop, and access the Marketplace.
Now I dont see any stubs and when I try to go into the Marketplace or stubs; it takes me to a screen saying that I may jave to log out and back in.
However, someone also stated that the market place may be down right now.
Can anyone confirm if the marketplace is down?

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN This happened to me as well. I am at work and my phone app was stating to log on console. I was able to go to the URL on the my computer and everything was as it should be. You are most likely fine.

I was not banned, console is working fine, and I see the same message as you on the app. You're likely fine.

Same error on app, like I have never played a game. Console appears to be working fine.

And he just went live so he definitely has multiple accounts, SDS really needs to just ban him all together

YFK is live right now already on an alt account, bragging about creating another account.
He's going on and on about how sorry he is, and that he's a good guy etc etc. Basically said he's "sorry he got caught", and the only reason he did it is because he thought he wouldn't be caught.
Edit: He just said he's going to continue to buy stubs on alt accounts.
