I was just playing a game and I come out of the game I was playing by myself I don’t ever play online and I have no idea what this even means! It says I’m banned for Stubb Tranferring within the marketplace what the hell is this I don’t do anything all I do is play the game! What is going on I’m about to lose my [censored] here

You'll probably need to put in a ticket. Stub transferring I assume means it thinks you made a sketchy market transaction for the sole purpose of moving stubs from one account to another.
Doesn't matter if you are transferring between your own accounts or buying or selling from a 3rd party stubs site
Again all SDS will tell you to do is submit a ticket

I only have one account and I never bought stubs online or whatever this is crazy
