Stub transferring I assume means it thinks you made a sketchy market transaction for the sole purpose of moving stubs from one account to another.

Doesn't matter if you are transferring between your own accounts or buying or selling from a 3rd party stubs site

Again all SDS will tell you to do is submit a ticket
