It's so odd that we have weeks with 2-3 drops, then other weeks with nothing planned (like this upcoming week).

Are they expecting last week's content to last two weeks or are they just disorganised? Serious question.

Kind of dumb for a live service game. Madden's out, other sports and GTA right around the corner. They could easily release batches of Negro League content all throughout this month. They could also do Extreme so that people can unlock the cards with more time left in the year to play with them. Hell, they could even do like '24 and release OoP series although I guess that generated a lot of negativity for them since it hasn't returned.

Lots of stuff they could do right now but they don't.

@xRatedGProdigyx_PSN Yeah man, I just find it baffling.

So many opportunities for them to solidify their player base that has been bleeding, yet they seem to repeatedly shoot themselves in the foot.

Perhaps they're content with just their diehards, knowing they'll buy the game regardless because they just love baseball, rather than trying to find new players or turn casuals into diehards.

@xRatedGProdigyx_PSN probably gonna basically punt the rest of the year they already got what they wanted out of this year time and cash. 26 was a very lacklustre product. But they know madden is already out 2k is coming and so is nhl which will take fair chunks of the player base. Especially this year with the turn offs that have transpired this year.

Content is just in a weird place.

They have released a solid amount of conquest maps and mini seasons. There are certainly lots of ways to go out and earn packs and stubs. Online a bit less because the wheel has been nerfed so much

I assume most people havent earned Buxton yet, but do people really still want to be using All Star cards? That was a good idea, but the execution was lacking. It would be better if things like All Star mini season and draft conquest awarded points towards completion

Part of the issue is that the whole package doesnt fit together well: innings are just kind of there, there is no TA, etc. While its easy to earn packs, none of it really feels rewarding because of how inflated everything is and how frustrating it is to get your 10th Erik Miller while you have yet to see even a mid round.

The other part is that the game for some of us is less fun to play this year. I just had a game where I had back to back 6 pitch walks where the 4 strikes were pitches not worth swinging at. I don't feel rewarded for working the count, and the CPU has an absurdly quick hook
