Roster Attribute Update (for OFFLINE)

Does anyone know when the next big Roster Attribute Update is taking place? It seems the last one was like 5 weeks separated from the other, with most recent being Jul. 16th. Considering the season PCA is having, its been a travesty he hasn't had any major updates in so long.

May 8th - Slow Start- Downgraded to 83
June 12th - Upgraded back to 85
July 16th - upgraded to 89He is literally the 8th best rated live card in the game.
So in the last two updates he has been upgraded by 6 overall points. That is not "No Major Updates".

Updating and screwing around with Speed & Defensive Numbers to make the overall numbers go higher is Kubuki SDS nonsense. The real updates to Pete offline are needed for OFFENSE. And that HASN'T been done.
Plus you guys are focusing on Pete too much. I just mentioned him as an example. I'm trying to start a Franchise and the Roster Attributes, even for the latest roster are FUBAR'ed, and long in need of updating to current performances.
