Operates on the basic principle that bots can place orders rapidly and humans cannot. So, making you wait 40 seconds is a good way to contain the bots. It at least slows them down.

People who have those cards and programs running through their PCs to put one up at -1 of whatever you post most likely. Plus since SDS don't care people can do whatever they please.

If there are new restrictions on the market i haven't seen them yet and it doesn't seem to be slowing the bots down at all
