Why are the coaches not in the game? The gaints coach isn’t in the game why. Can I please just MAKE the coaches like I do players so if SDS you don’t wanna pay for the rights we can make them.

It's possible they lost the license to use the coaches.

@Dinger_Dan19_PSN Blame the MLBPA. They took away coaches stipend and now they don't want to allow use of their likeness.
You're not the first to ask for editable coaches. This has been a topic for years, now.

Name, Image, and Likeness are a thing now and there’s no going back to the pre-OBannon world where companies can just put in whoever they want.

The coach attributes were random and I usually fire every coach and hire new ones when I start a franchise. Joe Torre was in MLBTS25 but he was C level as a manager.

There are a few (Dave Roberts for example) who get overrated, but, yeah, most of them are random.
And I think everyone does the exact same thing at the start of a game. Nothing like getting on base with your 95 runner and noticing he's 87.
