That is a very good question.
I just said it in another thread and I will say it again. Not punishing those exploiters is essentially the same punishing those of us who decide to follow the rules.

Absolutely nothing. And that will probably be the deciding factor of never spending a dime on an SDS product again. It's too easy for them to identify the exploiters and they're choosing not to. Screw the customers who didn't exploit. I give them the benefit of the doubt in fighting true cheats. I can't imagine how hard it would be to distinguish exceptional players from cheaters. I don't envy companies who have to figure that out. This is something else completely.
With that being said, I didn't exoect a ban. Banning your player base for exploiting your mistake is bad business. They could have easily adjusted stubs or cards after the fact though. They chose not to. And even worse, made a big statement that they were. Just didn't have the balls to follow through.

100 percent agree with Dolenz. It's bull is what it is. I'm incredibly disappointed at SDS

@SQT18_XBL I am with you on that. I am willing to give leeway on the bots and the device cheaters. Those have to be harder to pick up in some cases, especially if the cheaters use a little common sense to not get caught.
The WBC exploiters is another matter entirely, A decent database query of the game logs overnight on 5/31 would be all it took. Multiple losses to a cpu team without any at bats taken place. 30-60 losses an hour. Facing a known lineup from the WBC teams.

If they thought they could just sweep this under the rug. They are wrong. Most of their player base that did the right thing or things wont forget. This is not something you can sweep under the rug. Its been over a month. Alot of people are still pissed over it.

Why wasn't there a similar outrage when people were doing the RttS glitches in the past? You could make a lot selling all of that extra equipment especially if you got to the diamonds.

I don't remember the details of that one. Was it an actual glitch or just poor planning on SDS' part? Did it give you the equivalent of earning a 10 pack every minute to 2 minutes for hours on end?

I'm with Dolenz...I think they chose to not ban the people who did it, especially the streamers.

It would have been nice to at the very least make an example out of MFK and banned him permanently.

I am good with the market bans and I swear I saw someone post that they got that. If YFK doesn’t get that market ban as well then I will be upset because he is getting special rules. I have stopped watching his content. I am concerned that he is also using the cheat code he made a post about. If he will use the exploit to the extent he did, what is to stop him from using the cheats?

This is why I said before we get to excited let’s see what the action is. This company has yet again fumbled… Ik people have said 18 is the worst the show of all time but man there rly trying to push there chips on the table for this year by treating us like we are incompetent just cause they got are 80$ lol.

Am I missing something? What’s the reason this is being brought up again like it has anything to do with anything that’s happening lately? Seems like a good sign that old problems are being harped on instead of new ones? I’ve actually been pretty pleased with the game for the past week.

@Oliver230230230_PSN it’s not that I care that people did the glitch it’s I care that we were told as a community something would be done most of the community bought that bs up. And nothing has been done I wanna say 2-3 weeks after that we were told action was on the way. And I will say servers and all star content was ok I will give credit where it’s due but also am not afraid to say it how it is. We where told action would be taken and it wasn’t.

If that was done and was punitive enough to dissuade others from exploiting in the future then we would have seen more than 1 post. Shoot, that one person could have been banned just like many others were in the app.

Common tactic from corrupt companies. Claim you are fixing things and hope your customers forget about it. This game is SO bad this year. At least Madden gets incrementally worse each year. MLB went from good to terrible in such a short amount of time.
