Now they ruin Multiplayer for us weaker players?
-
I think its because the wheel spin rewards are all star packs and theyre trying to limit supply
-
this seems like it’s gonna bring out the cheaters even more
What encourages cheating is the lack of consequences.
I mean, find me a single person who got a ban for exploiting the WBC Mini Season to the tune of 1000's of free packs?
Without consequences for the cheaters the only ones getting punished are the honest players.
Yeah. I'm still pissed about this. They said they would take action and did absolutely nothing.
I'm really mad that it happened, but even more upset at the way they "handled" it.
They've basically confirmed it's ok to exploit and cheat and they don't care. -
I’m holding out hope that they’ve devoted their resources to AllStar content.
Once this is over, they need to start LOUDLY and PUBLICLY banning the folks that abused the WBC exploit. I’ll let SDS determine their definition of “abuse”. But, if it’s not LOUD and PUBLIC, my purchase next year will be on the table.
This company’s integrity and trust is on the line, IMO.

@capardo_XBL so let me get this straight u think it’s taken them over a month and a half to do smt because of allstar content…
-
Yeah sadly they don’t care and we all know it. This year has been one disappointment after another. They can’t get out of their own way and the mistakes are mounting big time. I gotta believe this year is going to drive away a lot of long term honest players and if baseball is on strike to start 27 the game will be in major trouble.
During Covid the franchise was still in really good standing with most of the community but this time around if the season is delayed indefinitely it will be a whole different thing. I feel it will give people that have soured on the game all the more reason to walk away, many for good.

Agreed. I typically concentrate on one sports game a year. I tried Madden for the first time in a while. Their MUT is kinda meh. Didn’t hold my attention. The Show, I’ve played since 21. It seems to have “lost its way”. Lots of posts why and I agree with most of them. It needs to rediscover its “roots and heart “.
Been watching WC a lot, maybe I’ll venture back into FIFA.

It continues to be so interesting to me the individual missions which are easier to players in the pxp and 9 innings repeatable they removed
-
Apparently Pro Spirits is a pretty good baseball game.

Here's the wild thing about this multiplayer path, and I didn't realize it until too late.
If youre a pretty good player, you could've played for the 10 hours after the path came out and nuked the entire multiplayer path (shoot, if youre an elite player - probably wouldnt even take 10 hours). Then sell the rewards and make close to a million stubs. If you're not as good of a player, its going to take you WAY longer (to the point where its useless, because youre racing the clock). Thats pretty annoying.
I realized this two days late, but still got about 300k stubs.

That's not going to happen at this stage. They hoped that their post on X saying that the would take action would satisfy those of us who are upset about it.
For many of us a single statement with no follow through was not enough.
I may not agree with many of their choices when it comes to the game but I can usually understand them. Their decision to ignore their terms and conditions and let exploiters get away with it with no repercussions is another matter entirely.
It's simply an invitation to all players to take advantage of the next glitch or bug they find.

Money over integrity. Thats the American way. We may not be a 3rd world country. Doesnt mean we are good country. Actually america isnt even a country it is a business. Money over everything.

Money over integrity.
I think this is it...I think if it were anyone other than a ton of streamers that pulled this glitch, the banhammer would have been swift and harsh. In business terms they, in what I'm sure was a very calculated move, chose not to s#it where they eat.
Basically, they were too worried about what the streamers would say.
