This weeks content stinks as an Astro fan. I have been away the whole time so no progress yet, but the only Astro all star was Alvarez and he is a final collection reward so lots of time and stubs. Plus the Astros have no HRD participants or like I said other all stars. Add in the Astros got left out of the draft content yesterday it stinks for the theme team. The Astros had two first rounders and no cards. Why SDS?

I do believe that the players need to sign a contract with SDS so SDS can use them in the game. I don't know for sure, but that makes sense. If the players aren't signed yet, no card. Pretty sure that is the reason for the delay yesterday and some of the missing cards.

I’m just messing with you. I’m sorry haha. It feels weird this year as a Rockies fan because they have shown a little life IRL and have quite a few useable cards at the moment.

@PAinPA_PSN This is helpful but Phi and Boston still have at least HRD cards coming, San Diego unsure if they have reserve all stars, but them and Astros deserved to at least get one draft card even if just a base card in the pack. And before someone says well SDS can make up for it in a future release, I look forward to playing with draftees because they may never get a card again or at least for a few years.

If their draft picks don't sign with SDS for their NIL, then SDS legally can't.

I seriously have to wonder how they handle the rights. If being drafted just allowed SDS to use that player then there is no reason they would need to use the 92nd pick in the draft. Last year they used a guy drafted 114th.
I would think that they have to lock these deals up well before the draft itself. They probably get as many as they can projected to go high. But draft predictions and orders change so who knows...
