Now, i'll preface this by saying that everyone's experience is different, however, this All-Star drop has gone really smoothly for me and i've enjoyed playing the game for the first time in a bit.
A few notes;
-
They've given us many avenues to complete programs, which is a big improvement on recent drops.
You can largely, truly, play your way this weekend. -
The servers haven't missed a beat for me.
I've played WC, event games and offline and all has gone well, and the menus have been super smooth. -
There's a ton of XP around, which hopefully means we all get a boss this innings.

Most all of the cards are easily attainable, which was my worry with the TA drop disappearing.
I've been very critical of SDS this year and this doesn't fix the many issues that remain, but credit where credit is due, this weekend has been fun.
I hope you all have had a similar experience.

I agree, this drop is sort like a throwback to how it used to be years ago. They’re giving you plenty of options to complete the program and obtain cards. Nice to see they’re listening to feedback.

Menus have been crazy slow for me but other than that fine all around

The only thing that I’m having trouble with is the awful latency on the menus. I also don’t have the best internet so that’s partly on me. But their menu screens are pretty awful.
Otherwise, I agree, the content has been aplenty and what I like is that there is a lot more on the way. I really miss Team Affinity but this All Star drop is miles better than last year so far.

Yes SDS did a good job with this drop, but in all honesty it's probably NOT because of players criticizing. It's mostly probably due to a 40% player drop due to CF coming out. Again though the content was good and actually fixing things that should've been fixed day 1, as well as finally trying to remove shrinkage after lieing about it

Just curious where that 40% number came from?
Do I believe a chunk of players played CFB today over The Show? Yes. I am just not buying 40%

I finished the AS map with no issues. Even robbed a home run off of Bellinger at Yankee Stadium! I took him out of my lineup to put in ASG Matty Olson, so he was mad at me, lol. Ended a game picking some foow off 1st, with them down 5-2, as well!

The CBF comment is just absurd.
I know people love to say SDS doesn't listen, but they absolutely change content because of our feedback. This is why cards have been taken out of modes and why they have my legacy as a reason to use the cards for a long term grind.
While I hate the idea of a third weekend classic card (why is this the mode that kept its cards?), from what I have been reading this looks like a great drop and I would be playing if I wasn't traveling (I stopped bring my PS5 with me because of the state of 2026's game)

Bro probably made up those stats.
First of all, your statement was dumbfoundly created when EA still had microtransactions in offline modes.
Now that these stupid microtransactions are removed, people are already willing to buy CFB 27.
You guys hate SDS soooo much, yet you'll defend EA Sports whenever they add microtransactions into offline modes. I get it, SDS may not listen to your greedy-periwinkle requests wheneve servers go down for just 5 minutes, but if I had to pick a poison, it would be SDS.
