@samguenther1987_PSN I've never seen a company, in any sphere, shoot itself in the foot as often and as spectacularly as SDS do.
I've only been around the game for 18 months suspect there are some good people there being hamstrung by some horrendous decisions from above.
I would guess these good people are as frustrated as us.
I would agree with that, the thing is 2019 through 2024 where great games, yes we had server issues but there weren't any bots or people using bots to cheat. It's disappointing to see what is becoming of this once great game.
I'm sure there are people working for SDS that are very frustrated with the direction it's going.

About 3 years ago, there was a massive turnover in staff at SDS, and ever since then the quality of the game as whole has just...evaporated. The not so subtle shifts, pushes, and shoves towards a "Pay to Earn" model over that same time period, the constant server issues, the lack of resolutions to matchmaking...I really understand the posture of those who claim SDS just doesn't care much.

I'm telling you. It will soon be exposed. What's wrong is wrong. Someone gonna either step in, or someone gonna give a technical explanation of why this game has failed. For example, how now all of a sudden we cannot find Dynasty matches in normal time. Either something changed within connectivity parameters, matchmaking, or reduced bandwidth. As soon as there is truth exposed it will hit the fan .

My god if 50 mins is for a monthly awards drop studio may actually just burn to the ground next weekend for allstar. Let alone to we rly think there gonna be able to do live content for draft,hrd,asg. next week I expect servers to be down pretty much the whole allstar festivities.

I've heard a little about the good old days, but not in depth.I switched from 2K to find a more user friendly game and whilst The Show fit the bill (and is still better), even in my 18 months here, i've seen a huge diminution in many areas whilst there has been an adoption of some 2K-esque money hungry initiatives.
I'd love to find a game that's reliable, user friendly and scratches the sports game itch I have since I was a kid, but alas, I think The Show is still my only option.

SDS... Don't you run a release in Dev environment before releasing it to LIVE environment?
Don't you test if the new release has fixed the intended issue-and that it has not created conflict with other existing features?What's up for real? If this were any other industry, it would be called a breach. You're taking advantage of the players by not providing proper service.
Stop deploying updates to LIVE without testing them in a DEV environment. Also, always have the previous infrastructure backed up- so that in case of an issue, you can simply return the system to the previous working version. Make sure to have the ability to quickly revert the system if there's an issue. This is kindergarten programming engineering tips. Come on bro.

Between everything that’s happened this year Toss ur community a free 50 with a random chase pack or smt cause this has been almost unbearable yet we proceed to spend are free time on this game.

Cool. Just another day, of not being able to play MLB. Another wasted morning. Now I have to go to work for the rest of the day.
