Hi guys, I am currently restricted on the marketplace on the companion app, I’m able to use the market place on console. This happened last Wednesday before the roster update and I was doing a lot of gold exchanges buying 78s. Now I am restricted and cannot sell anything or buy anything on the market place I can also not quick sell anything . I did not do any of the wbc glitch or anything like that. I made a ticket still no response from last week

You did the right thing in submitting a ticket to Support. They field a lot of tickets, as you can imagine, but they will get back to you as soon as humanly possible.

That happened to me earlier in the year. They'll manually review your transactions and if they see you did nothing wrong, you'll be restored.

Yes, and as I mentioned in my reply to you on Discord, @josephkes123_xbl , resist the urge to open more than one ticket as that could potentially make it take longer for them to get to you and others.
As long as you got the confirmation email, you should be good!

It took a week for mine too. It was annoying but you can still sell the cards on your console.
Trust me, I know it stinks but they’ll fix it for you. I had two major issues this year. Both were resolved - just took some time.
