@zshakeswitch_MLBTS why is anything an option in this game? Half of it doesnt work. Just telling you the pitching options that are known to work best. Analog and pin point. Get good at one of those and practice.

It is likely warping pitches caused by lag, if its different than your normal experience

@rubicante23_PSN So have you had issues with servers warping pitches when playing this event?

I have a direct connection to my 1G fiber optic internet.

It does feel like I'm waiting a long time for my opponent when the game first start.

Just try to get better at analog, it’s easier outta the two and more forgiving

When they released pinpoint the Devs said metre is actually better than analog despite what the community says and uses.

I always found both pretty meh so I didn’t care and used pulse until pinpoint came out because you can put any ball as far in the dirt as you want your catcher will block it because it’s so easy to get a perfect release. (Really good during the foul ball era) It is the least accurate, but if the pitches has good control it’s not that bad. Still made WS every season.

Pinpoint is a very fun mechanic though, took me a bit but once you get it, it’s easily the best. I don’t see what’s super difficult about it, seemed easier to me than analog or metre. If you play it for a day you’d have it mastered

Meter can be glitchy at anytime. I grew up on meter and thats the only pitching i can use. It happens to me all the time lol

Sometimes I use meter instead of pinpoint because it feels faster to me (if Im just grinding). But yeah, its real easy for a change or curve to just float in the middle - even though you have perfect input

@Ditka06-_MLBTS I've been playing this game for 10+ yrs. Meter used to be the only way to pitch and I've never changed. Still get to 700 every year in my 60 fps tv.

Basically whether it's bad or not it can still be done.

As someone who has suffered from the same problem I can tell that it does not matter if you use pinpoint or meter, it will still happen, is a server/internet problem but people will still say switch to pinpoint

I'm trying to use pinpoint more, but my god, the slightest miss is a meatball down the middle. Meter is what I grew up on but it's problem is even with perfect inputs, if the PAR is massive you're completely random in terms of the location(Looking at you, Cityscape JR Richard). I honestly haven't tried analog yet...which may be my next one.

I'm still holding strong on analog and its been pretty good for the most part. I tried pinpoint when it first came out and I just couldn't get it down. Maybe I should give it another shot.

The random pitch location is frustrating, sometimes it can be fixed by a quick mound visit, sometimes it can’t, it was really really bad in the last weekend classic…the worst I have seen, I put in a big report but since its meter it won’t be fixed or responded to
