Well its a good thing you didnt, its against the terms of service to take advantage of any in game exploits. Id hate to be banned.... oh nvm sds isnt doing anything at all about it. They aren't even talking about it.

Yea, maybe we are dumb for giving them our time and money.

I wouldn't say that we were dumb for giving them our time and money, it was a decent baseball game (faults yes but still a decent game)
I would instead say we were dumb for trusting them, trusting that it's a fair and honest game, trusting that there would be consequences for those who broke the rules, trust that they wouldn't allow the types of activities that have been happening and would do something when it did happen, maybe not dumb either, foolish.
Yeah foolish is a better description.

    Both well said! 🍻
I said all winter that SDS hadn’t shown me enough to warrant preordering or even buying the game at all. Of course I caved and preordered days before release since it’s the only baseball game. It’s not the end of the world or anything, I have perspective, but what a bad year for the show. I’m counting the days to Pro Yakyuu being released.

@go4stros25_PSN I’d also hate to be banned that’s why I wouldn’t do smt like this but if no actions take place then it’s a massive back stabbing of us natural players.

I think it affects you most if you're trying to play and beat people online - suddenly lots of your opponents have a kabillion stubs and every card in the game. The blame is on SDS for letting this game be a glitch fest where they can do that.

If you dont care too much about online winning for competitive reasons....then, im not sure it affects you a ton. Yeah, the market is a bit higher now than b4 (unless you need live series - then its great). But, thats not gonna last that long. I firmly expect flash sale today, and everything to go back to pre-glitch prices.

Thank heavens I stopped trying to play competitively. I had years in the past where I fought tooth and nail to get WS rank - but now Im only interested in DD for card collecting. And for that - even if I had a "win now" dev button where you automatically got every card in the game - I wouldn't use it, because that would completely remove any point from the mode for me.

The thing is it effects everyone except the people who just play with the cards they pull/get in programs.

With the ratio of pack cards to "free" cards being what it is, there are more cards than ever before (keep me honest on this Dolenz) that need to be purchased. The prices of non live series cards are impacted by this, and there are people with millions of stubs now just waiting to inflate future card prices.

    Quick tally

    711 total Legends and Flashbacks
    562 are Sellable
    149 are Unsellable

It's disheartening, but maybe worse players will now have the confidence to play online when they normally wouldn't, because they have all of the cards.
I just squeezed out a victory in a game that I almost asked for a friendly off the rip because of their lineup. They had all of the best cards p5'd and like .350+ . somehow I won in extras, 2-1. On paper I was the underdog by far, as my team is mainly newer players I'm just trying to get a feel for.

I’m not even competitive really at all, but I love going after cards and playing with those cards(I’m old and have been playing this since it was 989 studios). Now that the market is completely wack, I’m not sure what I’m going to do.
