Howdy,
I have tested the app at release and right now on iOS (6.4.7/6.4.6) and it did not generate any errors for me for buy, sell or quick sell.
Could you provide more details?

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS when you click on a card it says an error occurred. App works to buy packs and look at orders but you cant do anything with a card

Any specific card I should try? I have just tested on Android too and the buy/sell/quick sell process works as expected for me.

I have Android, its was doing it to yesterday evening around 11pm est, where when you click on any card it would not let you proceed to the page where you see the buy and sell prices. It has been has since been resolved and its running blazingly fast. I just wonder if I got a shadow ban because I was unloading my binder yesterday evening of my dupes and flipping at the same time, that I may have flagged your all's anti bot software?

@DrBear100_PSN same problem for me...everything in app works, except opening any card for buying or selling says error occured

@manu__sds_mlbts Revert the ban wave - a lot innocents got hit and all the bots are still in the market so whatever you guys tried probably didnt work. Maybe try to add captchas and SMS verification instead

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS theres been some sort of restriction put on users making a lot of market transactions on the app. The message literally says “account is restricted”. Please fix this asap. If there are going to be limits to buy/sell orders volume wise or time wise you guys should make that clear so users playing by the rules don’t get punished. Without any kind of notice, the most active marketplace users are getting shadow banned on the app and that sucks. If you guys could act quickly on this it would be appreciated. At this point, many of your most engaged players are banned from using the app. Plz fix.

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS btw, the app seems to be working great. iOS for me. The problem is bans given yesterday. Similar to the end of March shortly after 2026 was released. Same problem getting an error occurred notice. Some anti bot setting on your end is restricting accounts making X amount of transactions in X amount of time. The app is working great. The anti-bot measures, not great. If anything, the app is working so well that your bot detection measures need to be adjusted because people are using the app again.

If what you guys are all saying is true about heavy users being restricted, and this SDS Manu guy is coming in here acting like the app is working as intended, then this company can really go blank themselves. The incompetence of SDS is truly remarkable.
