@Pergo_MLBTS there are alot of valid complaints. Thanks for having our backs though. Everytime someone has a valid complaint and someone comes in behind them and says they are just a complainer etc. Contradicting complaints and calling most people habitual complainers does act as counter productive to all the valid complaints. We are the consumers they are the corporation that makes money off our satisfaction. Which side do we all fall on? If its theirs fill out an application.
I have said multiple times that there are valid complaints. Nobody has ever claimed otherwise.

Sorta how VLTs work in a casino? Real casinos use real slots and are random....mickey mouse casinos use VLTs as slots (predetermined). Im thinking thats what you people mean w predetermined packs? from wiki on VLTS...In some jurisdictions, VLTs do not contain a random number generator, and display results from a fixed pool controlled by the central system (in similar fashion to scratch-off lottery tickets).

Ik me personally I’ve never even thought about giving up on this game before atleast late October early November. This year bring in late may is crazy.
That's how I feel.
Most years I'd have the live series done or atleast half by now (easily) without crazy grinding.
I've definetly played less this year and because of a number of factors didn't prioritize live series anyways. But I've pulled jram early and besides that I haven't pulled anything of value. Even the mural type packs I've gotten base round like EVERY time.
I grind mini seasons for 10 pack bundle and if I'm lucky I get Jeremy Pena.
I feel like I'm not upgrading my team from week to week. By the time I get to Soto or lindor I don't feel like they're much better than elly or trout (who I'm using in right)
Its easier to complete programs mindlessly than in past years but I feel like for the most part programs aren't boosting my teams.
Meanwhile you constantly see chase pack and 700k collections able to improve your squad. But by the time you get to mickey mantle now in citysquad he's already outdated and not really better than what you may already have.
I used Kyle tucker new threads card for the longest time and I feel like if I used him I wouldn't be disadvantaged too much over someone using the new Soto. Especially with p5 modded tucker. That's kind've a good thing if you like the player but also it doesn't really light the fire to tirelessly grind for a lateral move

I think most of us are raising our eyebrows at the sheer number of duplicates. That makes it seem very strange. While 85s might be relatively common, the fact you can pull the same exact card repeatedly seems a little predetermined and not so random.
In other words certain cards with the same rating seem to be pulled far more often than others which shouldn’t happen as much as it does in this game. I remember it being like this in previous versions of the show but this year is noticeably worse.
Now you with the tinfoil hat?
The probability is listed per card. All live series cards at the same rarity have the same probability. The only time this may be different is with 'special inserts' that they have started doing in the packs. But these probabilities are listed as well (and usually a higher overall anyway).
NBA2K, however, quite famously and blatantly does this. Pretty obvious when there are 100 copies of one card on market but only 2 of another.

I can’t put my finger on it or figure it out but I feel like there’s a mix of this sort of thing going on here.
My pack luck this year is just abysmal and I get so many repeat silvers/golds and other weird stuff in every pack bundle where it almost seems like they’re pre-ordained
Just finished the multiplayer program for the 3rd time and in said 50 packs + chase bundle I pull an 85 once and an 85 on the chase pack as usual for the 3rd straight time.
Most notably receive so many duplicates of the same silvers and golds in said bundle that I have no other choice than to not believe the %chance spreadsheet they post as true odds for players on an RNG basis.
Been this way all season
I feel like I’ve opened more packs this season than any other and I pull low round in every premier pack sometimes 2-3 of the same player, etc.

I'll never understand the need to come up with conspiracy theories to try and explain why something that has a 2% chance of happening (pulling a diamond), does not happen very often.

We can all agree packs suck and are extremely unrewarding. Some of us believe something else is going on and the odds are not completely random. Others believe it is pure randomness and believe the company and probably believe everything the government tells them also
. We have blind followers, those are called sheep and we have critical thinkers in this world that guestion things at times. -
Not a tin foil hat theory when I can tell you multiple times I’ve pulled the exact same 85 diamond, live series and specialty series, numerous times this year.
But you go ahead and keep denying it’s happening way more than it actually should. I call it like I see it. Today is overcast where I am so the sky is gray. I’m sure you will tell me it’s actually blue given that’s what color google says the sky should be.

This game has become more and more of a cash grab over the past 3 years. This year is the worst becsuse atkeast last year we had good content. Right now we are on a 3 day holliday weekend, we got 1 conquest map... we are agian in a week long period where there just isnt an event and that is unacceptable, and we wont get anything new until Friday.
Sony lost almost a billion dollars with concord and marathon. They are trying to recoup their losses any way they can. When they make games that fail, they dont suffer the loses, they push that debt onto the customer.

Yall call people names as soon as they don’t see it your way. And here you are talking about politics in a video game forum. Yet we are the problem. If it’s really that hard for you play the game then just leave. It’s like you aren’t having fun so you want to make everyone else as miserable as you. Show some proof of your idea regarding packs. You can’t , you just word vomit the same thing over and over.

Essentially that’s what I believe as well, at least this season. Too many duplicates. There’s no way I get 3 straight golds of the same player within a 10 pack bundle.
Maybe they “print off” 1000 packs and dole them out randomly and within those 1000 packs or x packs (just using 1000 for simplification) the odds may be true.
The Vinnis1 guy is on the right track in his assumptions - in my pack experience.
To others stating it’s conspiracy theory or writing this stuff off as people being angry fans - you’re missing the the fact that so so many people are having these sort of anomalies consistently

@SpawnOfDitka_XBL way I’ve always looked at packs is I try to not spend stubs on them unless u have a stupid amount of stubs and nothing I want. If I get them for free fine.
