The forum is ALWAYS full of complaints. I've been on here since 2018, and in that time literally every single version has been the worst thing in the history of gaming according to a majority of the comments. SDS isn't "listening" because they're smart enough to know that no matter how much you complain most of you will continue to buy the game anyway, and they know that even if they were able to fix every single one of your complaints you'll all be right back here in 2027 with a long list of new ones.

You can only see people complaining about the game but when we are going to see SDS reply? I feel like we gotta do something else not only posting here, there is nothing positive to say about the game right now. This got me back on the show 2011. I really want to see a change but I don't think this forum is enough pressure for them.
Dude it's everywhere...SDS being absolutely tonedeaf and burying their heads in the sand doesn't do them any favours. The majority of complaints in the forum are completely valid. There's a small handful of people who think the game's ok, and that's perfectly fine for them to have that opinion (it's the same handful every year, some just parrot each other)...but most of the problems have been around for at least 5 or 6 years. Again, you'll get people try to tell you that the complaints aren't valid etc etc, it is what it is.
Cutting game earned XP in half a few years ago and basically ignoring anyone who asked about it, pitch morphing, AI imbalance, the card cap this year, the lack of content...and a mobile game, that nobody asked for let alone wanted

@Sarge1387_PSN majority of complaints aren’t valid. There is the universal acknowledged issues which are the bigs one. Then a very long list of minor inconveniences or non-issues.

Exactly. You nailed it. There is a small group of people on here that just love playing the victim at all times. Even if they do fix some of the actual valid issues with the game, it will never be enough. It's gotta be such a sad way to go through life.

That's called progress vice stagnation. Meaning, the perpetual flow of product improvement. Complaints aren't rancid. They are the lifeblood of a smartly managed company. Smart executives listen to the complaints and see which ones represent the best areas for constant product improvement.
No one with a modicum of integrity nor honesty can claim that SDS is run by leaders who embrace constant product improvement. These jokers have whittled the talent from the coding team so severely that they cannot any longer even make relatively minor changes like menus without causing major league bugs in the gameplay.
You are right in one respect. Too many people buy the game knowing it won't feature reasonable annual upgrades.

If everyone sticks to the big complaints and stop posting on the forum with every little complaint maybe the community would be heard. Post about shrinkage, content, game modes, servers, and game play, maybe investments. Stop posting about smaller issues. But honestly most of the complaints on these forums do fall under one of these categories above^ and most of them are valid big complaints.

Of all the complaints I've read on here, the only big one I can think of that's really valid is about stealing. Online and offline, I'm seriously finding it almost impossible to successfully throw baserunners out.
The complainers also have a point about the laggy menus, but I put that more into the minor annoyance category. And of course this game always seems to have server issues, but at least on my end things seem to have improved noticeably in the last couple weeks.
I'm also not a fan of flipping not really being a viable option anymore, but even that change is growing on me. Knowing I won't be able to just buy any card I want forces me to be a little more strategic and carefully consider which ones I want to target which is actually kind of fun.

@whitejw98_MLBTS says the only big complaint that is valid is base stealing, then goes on to talk about servers and other issues. Sure dude. So shrinkage is not a valid complaint? Server and Ai issues are not valid complaints? Lack of online game modes are not valid complaints? Collections, with needing to buy 75 percent of the cards when they used to place way more into programs are not valid complaints? Alot of the complaints are valid on these forums. Stop being a company man or agreeing with the company men on here and hold your thoughts, cause there are plenty of big valid complaints on here. To the people contradicting complaints. All you are succeeding at is making yourselves sound like yes men and completely unintelligent.

Correct, shrinkage is not a valid complaint. It’s designed to make a fastball down the middle easier to hit than a slider down and away and vice versa. There is no logical reason why those pitches should be as easy to hit as one another. It lowers the need for higher amounts of rng by adding a skill gap.

@SpawnOfDitka_XBL I don't understand why you're still here. If I hated this game as much as you then you'd never know about it because I would have already disappeared from the forum to focus on playing something different that I actually do enjoy. I could address your points in more detail, but it's really not worth the effort. I have better things to do with my time than debate people who can't make an argument without resorting to childish unprovoked personal insults. Consider yourself reported. Good day.
