Seems all their resources and time is in that stupid mobile game that nobody wanted. Maybe they need to concentrate on making one thing good before moving on to something else, they'll just end up with 2 half @ssed games that nobody wants to play.

I'm leaning more and more into the fact that it's likely them trying to keep margins low. Market bots in general have been around a few years...but with SDS' obvious push to limit/cripple how many stubs we can make on our own...it's looking more and more like it's them.
Yup this year is so beyond broken it’s ridiculous usually flipping gets easier as the year goes on but this year it’s getting harder
Yeah, I've more or less given up on getting the LS done until at least December...I've also barely played the game this past week...just haven't had the desire.
not to mention cheating still happening at a ridiculous rate.

Any card that has a decent margin is always spammed by these bots. Its either sds doing it to keep flipping higher cards to a minimum or they are too incompetent to stop the 3rd party stub sellers from farming the market to gain stubs to sell the players. Dont worry tho because if you buy stubs from the 3rd party they WILL ban YOU.
This is by far the worst year for this game. Anyone saying different are simply hell bent on disagreeing just to disagree.
My only issue with the above is you took an aspect of the game that not everyone even thinks about, flipping, and then say that anyone who disagrees about the game being bad is just a contrarian.
I am sure there are non-flippers out there who still enjoy it.
I also find it interesting that after I have spent the last few years complaining about their aggressive push to monetization, only to have some flippers dismiss my concerns because they were still able to flip their way to completion, that now that they are impacted the push to monetization suddenly makes the game awful.
And if you don't believe that I have been complaining about it for years, since many like to accuse me of being an apologist for SDS, here is one such post from 3 years ago.

Crimson Desert, Flight Simulators, Forza you’re attention is now to things that are cool and salvageable
Take gameplay elements from those games and apply them to baseball and a good baseball game could emerge

Hey, I finally rolled credits on Crimson Desert after god knows how many hours (well over 100 would be my guess). Forza Horizon is still new and shiny though.

Chase card with a .001% chance of getting is the best card every week -
@DemIsE4_XBL only those first two are big problems. Pack luck is what it is. And collections shouldn’t be easy to complete every single time. It might take you a little extra time. But you really don’t need to do every single collection as those cards and their usage fade quickly, unless it’s the main live series collection. But that still depends on who it is.

Shouldn't have quoted you. I was mainly discussing things in the game that are awful. Yes, lack of lineup diversity with full switch hitter lineups is one of them. Makes the game stale.

Still cant believe that there is only one team affinity, 50% of the time there just isnt an event, the cheaters and bots have been swept under the rug, the first roster update was a joke (see cal), the list of blunders could continue for while. L year sds.
And no. I didnt lose. I just tried to flip the 94 bregman card and the bots triggered me lol.
I uninstalled this game. I can’t stand the steals or the gameplay in general. Got my fill of facing Michael King for the year. This game does not deserve anyone’s time.

as a die hard baseball fan I will always play the game even if not as much as I do now but I even find myself not wanting to play this game anymore. I’m playing much less then beginning of year and don’t miss it at all. This game is becoming much more stale much earlier in the year then normal usually for me I play till atleast end of baseball season so World Series but man this year lucky if I make it to allstar break without needed a lengthy break to freshen up this game again the avarage players are being pushed away wether ur a market junkie who’s being pushed away by bots wether u are a ranked pvp die hard like myself who is being pushed out by losers who cheat and use scripts. Whether it’s the rng. Whether it’s the shotty servers being down. The back breaker for people is that it’s being made very obvious we aren’t priority this new mobile game is where all there energy is going not fixing ur actually yearly product. Like last year was far from a great game but it was paradise compared to this mess. I get sds is a corporation and has to make money but my god scratch the peoples back who put the money in ur guys pockets my god this is getting tiring quick…
Edit: somebody is clearly listening just opened the app and didn’t get asked to pre register for the stupid waste of oxygen of a mobile game…

I'm trying to figure out who in the hell would want a mobile game. I love baseball and I wouldn't touch that thing if they paid me.
