Yearly obligation

I have to come on here once a year and put it out there: I hope whichever developer thought of “Moments” gets diarrhea in traffic.
Moments are by far the most frustrating part of this game.
Moment #1- Get a hit. First pitch and it’s a homer.
Moment #4- Hit a homerun. Spend 40 minutes hitting singles and perfect line outs.
I love when you can complete a program with the OPTION of doing the moments. Whenever a card or program REQUIRES moments, I cringe. I know I’m going to spend a stupid amount of time trying to complete it.
Okay. Got that off my chest. Carry on, yall.

And not only that they double and tripled down with showdown and diamond quest it’s all a cancer

I like moments in small doses. Other than jolt and player specific programs they are almost always optional. They have found a good balance.
However, moment every 2 steps in DQ does suck imo

I loved during the live stream when they talked about how they like to play their own way. And proceeded to explain how you can either do the moments FIRST then the missions, or the missions FIRST then moments. The options are truly endless.

I don’t find the moments terrible, but I do find them annoying when it’s like “Jimmy Bats hit a homerun to send the crowd home happy. Recreate his at bat by sending one over the fence.”
But what they leave out is Jack the Pitcher hung a curveball to Jimmy Bats in real life but is now apparently Cy Young in my matchup.
How about this: I’ll recreate Jimmy Bats’ homerun if you recreate Jack the Pitcher’s pitches…

I would gladly take a day Playing only moments so they can take mini seasons down and attempt fixing the bugs that have been there for 3 years. Hell I'll take new and different bugs to the format just to be able to dream they are trying to repair.

I like moments. It breaks up the monotony. I’m ok with them being optional though.

And they 100% can do that, you can go to custom practice and set what pitch you get and the location, they should pre-program the pitches in moments.

I like Moments when I only have a few minutes to play and want to get something done real quick. No matter what their seems to be one Moment that always give me fits. Its typically hit a HR in 1 plate appearance and the pitcher throws dots on the black or its 2 hits with 1 XBH and i get perfect/perfect lineouts and superman dives to rob doubles

@Skoolyz0301_PSN I liked when we had daily moments, missions and exchanges for xp. There was always something to do.

The Cornerstone ones are mandatory and have pissed me off extraordinarily this year.
