I won't be able to complete 2nd inning in time
-
...as an offline, NMS player with a job, it just isn't fair.
295,000 out of 500,000 xp. How am I supposed to come up with 200,000 xp in 3 days.
-
So if someone finished the inning they must be unemployed? I have a full time job and a family and finished it last week.
You have to grind a little bit. You cant expect them to hand out 500k xp in offline programs. You gotta play the online modes, we all get frustrated, but you gotta do it. Who knows, you might actually enjoy it. If you lose.. Who cares?
You need to play miniseason, not just once for the xp and card rewards, but actually commit some time to it. Fill your lineup with theme teams and earn the extra packs from the TA #1 fan programs.
Im sorry you may not get to 500k, but the goal shouldn't be to make everything in this game so simple and quick that everyone competes everything by playing 5 hours/week.
-
I will probably finish right at the last minute. Definitely a harder path than normal. I only play 1-2 hours a day.
-
@go4stros25_PSN They certainly could. In years past it was doable. This year is a disaster.
-
Stop acting like they want the inning path to be difficult. This is literally the first time there's been this kind of talk of people not finishing. I'm sure they know and will adjust accordingly. They've always wanted people to get to the boss with normal play. I dislike most of what SDS tries to do, but they've been pretty aware of people not meeting markers they think they should.
If their intent is for less people to finish the reward path this year, it's a huge f-you to the player base.
-
@Coach_Monk_PSN The problem is these kinds of things happen at the beginning of every year and they take too long to adjust. That makes me think it’s intentional and the loosen it up once the stub sales dry up.
-
@Coach_Monk_PSN Yeah I’m not sure where it’s coming from besides just being petty. The Boss used to be near the middle for crying out loud not the reward right before the bonus spins.
I finished, but I can easily admit I played WAY TO MUCH and used 2 different multiplayer programs and nearly every TA to finish. Not normal.
-
GoozeFn_PSN its only a disaster if you refuse to play online.
-
@go4stros25_PSN I play online, and I can confidently say this is the worst content this game has ever had.
-
How many of these threads will we see before Friday?
-
Hopefully a lot because it seems many of us are in the same boat. I’m only at 335,000 myself and the progress has been painfully slow.
-
@Dolenz_PSN too many but it’s their right. Anytime there is an issue it sets off a chain reaction of the same topic.
-

I have T Mobile so I can't play online. Would get disconnected all the time.
-
@GoozeFn_PSN I agree with that 100%
All im saying is that the 500k xp wasnt as impossible as many are claiming. People expect to login, play the new program, conquest, or miniseason and have enough to finish the inning. You gotta play some stuff for the love of the game.
-
I have a job and only play evenings and weekends, I had no trouble finishing it this time, of course the TA program really helped but I got there, i'm on my 4th wheel spin i believe.
-
@go4stros25_PSN I’m not saying it should be easy, but I play this game an unhealthy amount and just finished a few days ago. It should be attainable for those who play regularly, not just us degenerates.

There is talk like this every year… Every. Single. Year.
I got about 135k exp just on Sunday. Some of that was program XP, but I still cannot stress how easy grinding is with mini seasons this year. With the right cards and the right stadium, you can get a lot of experience each game.

So you just acknowledged you dont get it by playing the game normally, unlike every other inning/season in the games recent history

It’s how I’ve done it every year. The difference is doing mini seasons instead of vs CPU because of the way the stadium usage works this year. Not sure what “normally” means to you, though.

All offline content completed
50k of the online track
Probably a dozen or so additional mini season runs, and an extra DQ runI hit 400k. And 30K of that is the inning 1 boss collection.
