What is this cheating meta?
-
@Onix_Savage22_PSN -- No worries! Just don't want to make it any easier on this people than need be!

-
@PUNIKI_SAMURAI_PSN crazy how open these people are and seemingly no repercussions. I reported a Facebook group openly selling 12-0 br runs and 6-0 WC runs amongst other things like Stubbs and it’s been like a month. Still fully operational. Clearly you can’t guarantee a 6-0 WC run in legend/immortal without cheating the people who end up loosing.

@TheJeweledLotus_PSN -- without getting too deep into it, suffice it to say that this is a complex issue for many reasons and there aren't really any "easy fixes".
That said, yes, I agree with you. The brazenness can be pretty shocking.
-
@SDS_JoeK_PSN I mean the people are offering services from their personal Facebook accounts with all their info. Why can’t you bring some charge of fraud on the perpetrators that way they know there is a consequence and maybe the word gets out and less of this happens
-
I got accused of using something called a Zen last Friday. I’m sure some people are cheating but I was just getting lucky. If I give up three straight perfects I just quit. Either the guy is cheating or just way above my talent level or just getting lucky at my expense. Either way I just move on.

Please do t discuss cheats on the forums. Asking what cheats and some are explaining it is a TOS violation
-
@Jacky-Chan1_XBL your worries about community members trying to help stop it? As a tos violation?? Everyone knows what this [censored] is it’s literally everywhere. Openly promoted. It’s reached critical mass something needs to be done, attention needs to be drawn. No one in here is doing anything wrong doing their best to tip toe around the facts but still bring awareness. You know who should be banned, the cheaters , and those protecting them. They might need to hire an outside company to solve it if they can’t. Just shhh don’t talk about it is CLEARLY not working, these people fear no repurcissions frauding a major game developer that is licensed by the mlb.

@DemIsE4_XBL
In what way? Ive played about 15 streamers, both popular and obscure, and played my fair share of cheaters in the higher levels of ranked and I can guarantee you they are completely different. If you want to share something secret you cant post DM me, otherwise, say something when youve actually played a streamer. -
@TheJeweledLotus_PSN have you seen the guy in the Facebook group response about this thread you called him out on. The was on the FB group about a hour ago..I dont know how to post a screenshot but I copy and pasted it. Here it is.. The page has picture of this thread on it and this is his reply saying addressing this.
ADDRESSING THIS:
So, This is crazy. People all across the world have been selling their stubs for years. We know its against TOS and when people get caught they get banned. Websites legitimately get people banned everyday SDS console bans the accounts that are hacking the game (Sites) then every person that recieved stubs from that console gets banned. My bad, that the $60 I made this month from selling my stubs and not being stupid about it has made someone this mad. Also, the grinders who do 10-0s for this community do not LAG SWITCH anything THEY are TRULY REALLY GOOD at the game... I wouldn't hop on someones account and use a cheating device. This game is under attack from Titans, Zens & CV. 3rd Party stubs is definitely a thing, but take it from me WEBSITES GET HUNDREDS of thousands of people banned every year. Not only does the game pretty much give you ScamPacks odds, its also not even allowing guys who flipped cards in previous years the ability to make millions anymore. Im not your enemy. To this ^ guy: Hey bro The 20 customers I have work 40 hours a week have a wife, children and a mortgage. They get home They don't have hours to grind, and they can't pay $3000 to complete Live series. Yea bro, I have sold my stubs when I earned them. Nobody got banned. I didn't hurt the game or you. My customer bought the player he wanted and played for 60min before dinner and went back to work.
There will be no more advertising of this stuff.
Im still going to go 10-0 and rank people up when I can.But your right. Im absolutely ruining the game. The 57 Man tournament and the emphasis on "no toxicity" in this group, keeping a positive place and environment for players has been important. Giving away stubs in tournaments and giveaways stops now too. Zach and I will just do gift cards as prizes. Since your in here spying, go attach every person breaking rules in everything all over the world. Go tell on the flea market sellers Selling Jordan's and furniture. OR THE guy in your neighborhood that fixes cars while your at it.
Before I end this Jesus Christ is the most important relationship on this Earth I pray you have one. Im very grateful for every person who trusted me doing your runs. God bless you all. @everyone

Has something changed in the last few years? A Microsoft Executive said in an interview that every gaming company has the tools to detect these devices (probably through the API). I understand you can't ban the devices themselves as COD, BF6, Sony and Microsoft have tried and failed. Why can't the players using these be detected and banned with no whitelisting? Shouldn't matter if you're a 5,000 viewed streamer or Jimmy Nobody. You guys permanently ban people for stub/market manipulation (which I agree with) but these people are basically stealing stubs and ruining the online experience.
