    Now I know this has been touched on already but I haven't seen anything about when and if they removed this ban.

    I recently had to have a spinal fusion and am currently on workers compensation. Obviously I have a lot of time on my hands and not a lot of things I can do being Im stuck laying down the majority of the day.

    I have been a die hard fan of The Show for years and have made it a point to 100% the cards in Diamomd Dynasty since 2024. Now to do this without putting actual money into stubs, anyone who also refuses to waste money on stubs knows you need to buy and resell cards. Which is the point of the companion app.

    I have 3 million left on 2024 and 2 million on 2025, so I know how to flip pretty successfully and have never had an issue. Now this year I have 2 cards left to get to complete the Live series (Judge and Ohtani) which I could have had already but I try to pull them myself in 50 packs rather then buy them straight out.

    So like I said, Im bed ridden at the moment and playing The Show and flipping on the app is really all I have to do. So yesterday I made enough through buying and reselling to buy a Bobby Witt Live and 6 50 packs, so around 450 k. Before I fell asleep I went through and put buy orders in for all the cards I resell for when I wake up.

    So when I wake up I go to put the cards I accumulated while sleeping up for sale and I get an "error occured" message when I try to click on one. So then I went to cancel an order to see if it would work and I get the "your account has been restricted " message.

    Now as I said, Ive managed to get every available card the past 2 years, and was on my way to doing it this year and NEVER once have I used anything besides my brain and hours of flipping cards. Even if I was allowed to use a bot to assist me Id have no clue how to go about that....lol.

    Ive opened tickets today with SDS and of course I haven't received a response of restriction lift. To say Im a little insulted would be an understatement because I have never done anything to warrant a ban or account restriction. So anyone who has been in the same situation how long did it take for SDS to rectify the situation?

    @goobysoupcan_XBL go to the 26 tab, then go down to the support option. Then hit the request help tab. It will walk you through the rest.

    @goobysoupcan_XBL this happened to me a couple nights ago. I sent them a ticket and didnt hear back, replied to the email a couple times the next day asking for a response please and got it resolved by the next night. Hound the f*ck out of them

    I still haven't got a response, so I messaged them like 4 times already this morning. 🤣🤣...Appreciate you guys letting me know what to expect. I still made 300k yesterday into today flipping on Xbox, it's just takes so much longer and is annoying as ba lls.

    It's still not even 6:00 am in their time zone. Support people are probably not at work yet. Submitting multiple tickets doesn't speed things up.

    Plus they had another issue last night that was stopping everyone from using the app so that would, I assume, take precedence.

    Im in the same boat. I bought the game 2 weeks ago and have already been restricted twice just from flipping common cards all day. I have a saved search that I use to locate good margins and flip those cards as many times as I can manually through the app. I spend hours a day on the app flipping 5 stub cards into whatever I can sell them for. You really cant lose stubs this way on a sale but it take a lot of time. That time should be rewarded but instead its hit with an account restriction. I do a few thousand transactions a day on this in order to make 50k-100k stubs a day. Almost all low end cards. Then log into the app the next day and have a ban waiting for me for spending time flipping. I'm only able to play the game for 1-2 hours a night if at all but I can flip on the app during the workday. They really need to get this fixed. I understand the need to get rid of the bots and I'm all for it, but just because you do a lot of transactions, doesnt mean you are a bot. Esp with the ReCaptcha that pops up all the time. (which is definitely annoying when you are trying to flip 19 cards and 3 of those 19 transactions have a re-captcha to do). How can you be a bot if you are completing the re-captcha all the time?

    @PittsburghPAVS_XBL it’s comical how sds will limit people on the market but not have any anti cheat. It’s literally safer for people to run a bot/cronus to win all the games and just use the rewards from that then it is to flip on the market. There’s a reason that 90% of the people in the top 300 are bots lol.
