Missing stubs

Not sure if my math is wrong or if I accidentally bought the wrong amount of stubs but I'm missing almost 80,000 worth of stubs. Not sure if I bought a player twice or what. Is there any way to track this? Grant is pretty irrelevant since no one from support really gets back to you and notice on a cash grab. I just want to make sure something wasn't bought twice online

You can view completed orders both in the app and in the game. I’d check there and see if you bought the same player twice.

@SavageSteve74_PSN yeah but how do you find that? That's where I don't know how to find that at and then do they refund you if you accidentally made the same transaction twice?

Cant answer the latter but go to Marketplace - My Orders, not sure where its at since they changed the interface around

Follow matrix instructions for in game to find order history. No, they won’t refund you if you bought the card twice, you can list the duplicate you bought and hopefully make back most of the stubs you spent, depending on the card.
