Is anyone having issues with MLB The Show 26?

I am having tons of issues, honestly.
1st and most importantly, when I am playing RTTS as a short stop (yes, I know it's easy, so what?) I will go to throw the out at 1st, and the ball will not leave my hand. The hand is fully open, but the ball will not leave the palm as if it's glued to your hand. It has happened multiple times now, and I am hoping starting over fixes it.
There appears to be a stutter right as the ball gets to the zone on the first pitch of the game at times too. It's really irritating, although in all fairness, that could be my eyes.
My equipment on RTTS randomly disappears at times. Like I had 2 games in a row my cleats were apparently invisible, this has happened with other pieces of equipment as well. There is also some sort of graphical issue that has blue on them somewhere, and I can't find it.
DD had some issues yesterday when I was trying to add to collections, but they appear to be fixed at the moment.
Just a personal gripe, I hate the fact that we can't save our look or points allocations in RTTS without having to play a game and go back to the clubhouse first, still after all these years.

Can't play mini-seasons. Just crashes when you start a game.

is it crashing only on ps5? or xbox/switch as well?

@GAVIN-ND_XBL I have this same issue at log in. Can’t navigate anywhere as it is a looped message at start up.

Was looking forward to getting this tomorrow...might hold off. Was thinking about get the deluxe version just to play early, glad I didn't.

Has anyone been getting foul ball homeruns in Roger Centre because I have been getting clips of that early. (The real version of the ballpark.)

I got the foul ball homerun, I hit a foul pop up the first base line and it was counted as a homerun, it has been patched now though. -
@TheRupster12_XBL Awww I was finally gonna take advantage of it for stubs and xp and pop mods. (No I am not a girl or extremely young if you're wondering since I said awww.)

supposedly they fixed the foul ball hr in last patch but since the patch broke DD i wonder if they removed the entire patch yesterday

is this on PS5? are you sure you have the entire game installed and it's not still downloading the install?

I was able to fix this issue by logging out of my PS account, waiting 5 minutes, and logging back in.

It’s Xbox it’s fully installed. I was playing just fine Friday then Saturday it wouldn’t connect me to servers then Sunday my game was just crashing.

@Ouija131933_XBL Not sure if you're still having this issue... I was having the same issue as 2B. I even took screenshots of the errors and saved video of it happening. But what fixed it was just leveling up my Fielding score some more. And for ShowTime events... once I hit 'X' I didn't hit any other buttons... the player will automatically aim at a base and give you 1 of the 2 accuracy tests (reticle or the button sequence test).
I didn't have to level my fielding too much before it kicked in. I want to say 60+, but def 65+ was fine. (Fielding is a miracle stat if you're actually fielding. At 50 you feel like it's your first time ever having a ball hit in your direction and at 80 you feel like a wizard.)

Can’t get through one season of franchise mode without the game crashing and losing all of my progress. Have to treat franchise like baldurs gate with the saves moving forward. Sucks

when playing franchise after my game it kicks me to the main menu every time and have to load back in

Network Error, Online features disabled. Nothing wrong with my internet or connection.

Constant crashing. Continuous disconnecting from opponent in multiplayer games. And no accurate stats tracking; I pitched my closer for two games and he suddenly had 8 saves.

My Game reset, Progress lost. Like starting the game for the first time.
