Does sony or anybody at mlb the show 26 even monitor these chats? Who does an update and then not monitor if it works. This happens every year.

Same. The menus just need a complete overhaul at this point.

I definitely lost players, progress and an entire team i named and put together and played a 9 inning game and won vs the cpu. Before the patch… now like everyone else… i can’t even scroll left or right without getting booted and being told “ THE SHOW ONLINE SERVICE UNAVAILABLE”

Update also appears to have screwed up user pitcher stamina if set to 9 innings in MS. But only user pitchers- AI pitchers appear to have full stamina, but user pitchers are losing stamina as if they’re three inning games.

The silence from SDS is completely unprofessional and pathetic. It’s such a bummer because they used to care about the community and the game.
