Granted, I did not use carpenter last year at all, but he never left the game so why isn't his little lean back batting stance still attached to his character?

It is minor for sure. I am not a stickler about these details usually at all but his stance was so unique that I immediately noticed it is missing.

Yeah I hate it when they get this stuff wrong. Like….its not that hard to get it right. They had Pujols stance wrong one year too.

They get a lot of stuff wrong, even small details like missing Herrera and Walker's two-handed follow through. Its the little things...

They get this wrong with so many guys - Teoscar, Lindor (how), Adolis, Kerry Carpenter, etc.

I think it was 24 where for the first month or so players had completely random no-doubt HR animations. And it wasn't just generic ones. Some had the really goofy taunts that would 100% result in a fastball to the back your next AB.

It was pretty annoying, but I can't imagine the level of frustration for somebody who plays The Show for a more realistic sim experience to watch a guy like Trout or Judge hit a bomb then start spanking the bat like he's riding a pony heading to first base. 🤣
