A general gripe: When I see "Speed" it should mean the players actual speed, not some combination of speed and steal

It's a pretty big downgrade from last year. Very clunky at main menu, holding down X for 2 seconds to select a single card for a collection, visibility on collections is lost at the top of the page and not always in view, playing a moment and getting kicked back to the main screen instead of staying in the same program, what seems like input lag switching menus on the main DD screen. It feels like a failed TV streaming service at times or optimized for mobile (see- massive substitution wheel in game that takes up the top 1/4 of the screen)

So now maybe SDS can see what I was drunkenly complaining about at launch threads below and couldn’t articulate.

    Preach on

What have they been doing every day in the studio for months other than watch Cbrev launch homers?

    Nothing, apparently

After playing more tonight my issue with the UI and navigating is that it is sooo sloooow.

I hit R1 to move over to the play tab and it takes 3-5 seconds to load sometimes.

I’m extremely confused at why some of the UI decisions were made and it does feel like it wasn’t tested thoroughly. So many “reverse quality of life” changes. The home screen gives you a cursor but you can’t actually select anything, collections screen is abysmal, the player card screen just took all of the consolidated info and spread it all out so the end result is having to click many more times for things that used to only require a few (quirk descriptions), and the list goes on and on. The objective is to reduce the amount of button presses to get to things this exponentially increased that number across the board. The thing that makes it even more frustrating is that we already had a good ui, this was the last thing that needed “upgraded”.

It's weird, but I got used to it pretty quickly.
Once you get used to it, and you will, it's good, although over ambitious, & a bit TMI-ish and a case of the busybody syndrome, lol.

The new UI isn’t that bad, not how I would have done it, but I was able to get the hang of it fairly quickly.

I would like to see the number of cards I’ve collected as I’m scrolling down a collection screen, though. Upper right hand corner would be perfect spot too see “15/60 collected”. ( for example).

As it is know, I collect some cards and have to scroll all the way back up top to see these type of numbers.

And for heavens sake (!!!!!), when we finish a moment put us back in the menu where we entered that moment. NOT BACK AT THE MAIN MENU. ( we’ve been waiting for this for two years now).
