Are we going to get a Vinnie card juiced for first week of Topps Now or Spotlight?

There will be a Vinnie card (85) in the Base Round of the WBC Deluxe/Premier/Ultra pack.

A souped-up Vinni may or may not be in the eventual WBC Knockout Round program. No Topps Nor or Spotlight though.
