Intentional Co op Freeze

Is it possible to get a team banned for freezing the game intentionally when they are losing? I have screen shots of them admitting to it in psn messages. Will the ban happen while the freeze is ongoing? Also, I don’t see anywhere to contact sds about this issue directly. Where would I do that?

You can always submit a support request, via the link in the top right-hand corner of the forums, and the support team can look into it for you.

No promises that the other team will be banned, but it doesn't hurt to give the team the details needed to investigate it.
