Prior to these cards the best card for these players were
Sheffield = 98 Awards
Goldschmidt = 86 New Threads
Carter = 80 Contributor
Turner = 90 Cornerstone
Miller= 96 PrimeI knew any eventual Goldschmidt card would be a Diamondback. At this point I am wondering if Cardinal Fans will ever see an MVP version before he retires.

Even though he's at the end of his career, I'd love to see JT finish it with the Mets, who never should have let him go in the first place. His cards in the game are always good. I can say bye to 99 Alvarez on the Met theme team. Piazza is insane! Here comes Carter. Not a fan of Alvarez anymore. Too much of a free swinger. Mets fans know. Gary can help toward the 399 hits i need for the Mets #1 icon. That's insane!

Goldy's got twice as much career WAR as a DBack (39.9) than as a Bird (22.6).
The New Threads card was what took the place of a 'Gold Card'.

Seems like Gary Carters finest year should have been with the Expos/Nationals but oh well. Hopefully they suped up his hits against righties otherwise no one will use it again

I never said that he should not have been a Diamondback card. In fact, I have been saying all along that he would get a Diamondback retro card and that the Diamondbacks need the cards.
That is different than me wondering if he will ever get his MVP card, which would be a Cardinal.
There are only two MVPs and two Cy Youngs each year. I am not sure why they don't release those for cards at least once in the following year.

Fine with all but the Justin Turner card. If they were going to add a second Dodger, add Duke Snider.
Also, interested to see if the Andrew Miller card has a circle change like his previous card.

Offensively this is where they rank based on my offensive formula
#5 Sheffield
#16 Goldschmidt
#23 Turner
#43 Carter -
It was fun using a few Retro Finest that I never used or had only a few AB's with.
Never used Kipnis, but went 1-3 with a homer in 2 Sunset Conquest games.
Got Bautista late. He homered at PNC, and I got him to P3.
Joc Peterson homered as well.
Cutch was at P3 and did well, even flying out to himself at PNC!
When I unlocked Goldy, he homered off Sasaki at Dodger Stadium. It was glorious, but on a FB, not the Splitter.
On the flip side, Turner & Carter have been terrible! -
I wonder if they should have expanded the Retro Finest collection to put a end game Griffey and maybe Brock in with the voucher.
-
What voucher?

@DrBear100_PSN
Did you forget about the Spotlight Griffey?
