Do you guys get the other emails from MLB The Show? Like the Scouting report e-mails or the e-mail last week announcing the live stream? If you don't get those then you won't get this one.
By the way, using Gmail it was automatically sent to the promotions tab and did not show in my normal inbox.

I got two emails about the same thing. One is like a survey and another for voucher codes but nothing that says how to use or redeem them

The code you redeem does not get you an actual finest card. But redeeming it, I think, gets you a chase pack (coming later) and helps unlock community rewards which will be in the store next week.
