Fielding shift defense

I really hate the shift MLB the Show. I hate the shift in real MLB more. Why would you shift with runners on base? So many times throughout the season I've seen runs score with balls hit into holes left open due to shift.

Could have ended the inning or saved a run.

At least The Show automatically turns off the shift with runners on base

ah … Well, the shift turns batted balls into outs more often … That is why they do it. But this is where the statistics kick in

I just leave the shift on because I am not that good at shifting defensive positioning manually.
