Spam R2 is…a thing now?
-
Why does everyone tap/hold R2/RB? I come from way back in the day when that was considered really toxic and I took a big break from MLBTS until this year and I notice EVERYONE doing it. Is it just a timing thing? Is it normal now. Forgive me I’m not actually complaining about it I’m just wondering.
-
@m_caraballo24_MLBTS It’s not normal and I always match, no, exceed toxic behavior when people do it to me.
-
Do you quick pitch... I've noticed that people will do this if they are getting quick pitched. I dont see much of this last couple years.
-
@PScrabro_PSN Good thought. I will R2 people if they are quick pitching met too, but not continue if they stop.
-
I’ve played a lot of games and it’s not nearly as much R2ing as it was in the past , I’ve dealt with only like 3 players doing it. I did ask this one opponent why he kept doing it and he said because I kept quick pitching with Kershaw , which I had no idea that was considered a thing lol
-
It is not a common thing to be toxic … there are exceptions that do it to mess up your pinpoint (which is toxic
) … others do it to either check pitching stamina or something else (important to them). I only do care (to some extent) on the toxic part
-
If I run into someone doing it, and it's not often, I just wait for them to stop their foolishness. I'm not typically a quick pitcher anyway so I think there are some who just do it out of frustration to try to screw up my delivery.
-
@PScrabro_PSN I don’t slide step unnecessarily. I’m getting R2 before I even come set
-
@m_caraballo24_MLBTS I don’t think people are necessarily talking about slide stepping when asking about quick pitching. It’s more about selecting a pitch and immediately pitching right after your previous pitch.
-
If someone is quick pitching, I'll do it. But that's it
-
Do you guys mind explaining in lamen terms what yall are talking about
-
I always r2 to start a game to see Pitchers pitch speeds and mixes
It seems like half the time people get all upset about that and will either pause or step off or do stuff excessively off the bat
I've played offline more than online this year because it's just not fun more times than not to play the type of people you tend to play online
