Might want to touch base with your housesitter. Sounds like they decided to manipulate both you AND the market!
Oh wait. You're lying, because the only reason you'd be banned for a full year was if YOU did the manipulating or something else you're not willing to admit.

He was on vacation without his PlayStation, but likely not without his phone, so that defense is not very compelling.You will need something better to prove your innocence, just saying, no judgement.

Nobody on the forum can unban you. I think the best that will happen is that one of the SDS employees will show show up and tell you to contact support. There should be a link to support here on the forum.
For me, accessing from a PC web browser, it is in the top right. There is a support link between Game and My Account

Buying or selling between accounts is probably the most common.
For example you have multiple accounts you use to play. The poor account puts a sellable item up for sell at a ridiculous price that nobody would pay. Then the user logs in with the richer account and buys that card, essentially transferring stubs between accounts which is against the rules.

@Dolenz_PSN Also, buying third party stubs which is probably what happened and good luck trying to prove you were hacked.
