Why don’t you answer his question? That is how discussion occurs. I know our society is gearing towards just shouting down your opponent, but your slapping him (of all people on here) as a fan boy is both misinformed and lazy.
Of course I don't expect 2 Ohtanis that's absurd but this year, since release, you can open 70 to 120 packs and barely make 6000 stubs. Back in the early stages of TA I was opening 50 to 100 every few days and you barely pull anything you can earn stubs with. As someone who has played diamond dynasty since its first year I don't recall it being this bad. People can agree or disagree. If I wrongly labeled someone a fan boy than I apologize, it gets frustrating with those ones I'm talking about that immediately attack people and defend even the most obvious flaws of the game.

Thank you for sharing your observations and experiences. I have had very similar experiences to yours. I have been a long time DD player, since 2015ish anyway. The packs are horrendous for me this year. I also feel all the TA packs were dejuiced. I have no evidence, only observations.

The odds are what they are. Some people are going to get lucky and some aren't. Just because you happen to be unlucky this year doesn't mean anything other than you happen to be unlucky this year. It's really that simple.

7 Ballin packs 10 golds
5 Headliner packs 3 Golds
1 Jumbo pack 3 Golds
17 of the 19 golds are only worth the quick sell value.
The SDS fan boys can break out the tin foil hat comments all they want, I've played this game long enough to know this year is ridiculous. It's designed more than ever to push stub sales to those foolish enough to buy them.
Take a statistics course and get back to us with this nonsense.
The fact they have probably more than tripled the amount of pack cards over just two years ago shows they want more stub sales, and thats exactly how they are doing it: with more packs (and collections needing them). Not by lying about pack odds.

I pulled two Ohtanis two weeks apart when they were at the highest prices. I could never pull another diamond the rest of the year and I would still be happy.

Fan boys never disappoint....I love the statistics comments as if they have an idea of how many people open how many packs each day and they KNOW THE NUMBERS....Sheep, God I hope you people don't vote if you base your life on what you're told rather than what you see.

… just the statistics section … I finished last year with prox 13K unopened standard packs (yes, you read it right).
I bet I could open all of them and not pull Ohtani/Trout (or insert another „high priced“ one) … because … like it or not it is just 13K packs.Last year I was pretty unlucky in general. This year I pulled 3 HR Derby rares, 2 Witt, 3 JRam, 1 Judge, 1 Marte, 3 Acuna, 3 Sale (early in the year) and a bunch of headliners.
What does that tell? … Nothing, except for that I was pretty lucky. But I opened a lot of the packs, especially out of TA (I have every finest voucher), I finished every mp program, watched every twitch stream. Opening that many packs helps a lot since „the more you open, the more chances you have“And to get back to the point: Yes, it is only statistics. One guy can win the lottery with only 1 participation, other people never win and play their whole life. That is hard to get since statistics is really hard (honestly)
Last one: At least try to be a nice guy, it is not that hard.

No I don't want everyone to agree with me. There are plenty who do and plenty who don't. I personally believe pack odds are not accurate and it wouldn't shock me along with many others. We know for a fact difficulty levels are manipulated. Veteran in Conquest is not the same Veteran in vs CPU.
Early on you barely pulled gold uniforms, it was always silver, now I pull gold uniforms all the time. In a few months, like every year, diamonds will be more common in packs yet the odds don't change. Wow what statistical miracle.
Pretty funny how you said I lost you with Fanboy then use the cliche of come out of your mom's basement.

I have opened now 780-ish Show packs (Color Storm gave me AT LEAST half of those, which were definitely de-juiced): 9 diamonds- The same 4 players, however: Trea Turner, Bryan Woo, Elly(early on prior to his moving up), and Josh Hader (prior to his upgrading as well). No chase packs, I think around 113 BIAG packs, which has produced at least 130 Golds, but nothing of much value. The Flatliners packs weren't bad to me early on when I pulled Standout Cliff Lee and Chris Taylor, but aside from them, not much to speak of. Again, if it is a diamond, a lower level one.
The Summer packs have been the same four guys, Paul DeJong, Geraldo Perdomo, Brandon Marsh, and Carlos Pena, around 3 times each. Not complaining, just some variety would be nice.
Are the pack odds wonkier than SDS advertises? Probably. Is it worth b!tching about it? No. Are all the streamers and people online telling the truth about being NMS and just pulled Ohtani and Judge from Show packs four times each? Also no. It's almost guaranteed most of them just dropped at least a grand in the stub shop to buy them. Who cares

@Sarge1387_PSN the only thing they don’t tell us in regular packs is the odds for tiers. 1:50 is 85+. But it’s obvious the odds get bigger (smaller? Don’t know which way to describe it) as the rating tiers go up. They list them in choice packs and program packs though.
I’ve pulled every LS this year save Judge, Ohtani and J-Ram. Lindor is the only one I’ve pulled multiple times that was worth something.
