Schwarber Moment

This is why I'll never complete the "20 in June" program...I've only got the 2 x "get 8 total bases" to go, but I'll get walked 3 of the 4 at bats, and scream a liner for a double in the other with Sosa. I tried it four times last night (17 at bats) I was walked 14 times.
If the goal is to get hits, MAKE. THE. PITCHER. THROW. MORE. STRIKES

I did not have any major problems with the Schwarber moment. The Rooker HR moment was the one that took me the longest.
Then, as shocking as it seems it was the Kwan moment. I just could not get a hit with the guy.

I also didn't have any problems with the Schwarber moment, only the Rooker moment gave me problems and just gave up on that one

30 minutes in, and "Ramone" doesn't know how to throw a strike. I get it that it's a moment, but wow!! This isn't a matter of "skill" but a test in patience.
Ramone doesn't work on DD or much of the game anymore for the last 2 years. Blame the new crew.

Not an Allstar moment, but this weeks Spotlight Cedanne moment is just a joke.
Ask me to hit a homer with a guy with 65 power. Tell me to finish this moment while you really don’t want me to finish the moment.
Just ridiculous And unnecessary.

@capardo_XBL Sounds like a fun Moment. Can I get some pitching that is either on the black or outside the zone to add to it? I haven't attempted this Moment yet, but looking forward to it!

@dap1234567890_PSN its with Pete Fairbanks who throws easy enough pitches to hit. Cedanne is just not any where near a power hitter with 65 power and 75 vision.
In over 39 tries, I hit the top of the green monster once (for a triple) and a PERFECT/PERFECT that was caught at the base of the CF wall.
If I could make one change to moments, just one to moments ONLY, PERFECT/PERFECT would be a homer every time.

@capardo_XBL Your idea would be especially helpful when they are so low power. These kinds of Moments are frustrating if you don't get lucky within a few hard-hit attempts. If there is decent pitches, that is good to know and a bit of an improvement.

Luckily it's at Fenway to so pretty easy to just put one over the monster.

Is bad AI now making posts here? The AS Schwaber moment is in Atlanta.
I was just about to post that I'd been walked 4 times, all on 3-2 counts and the 4th ball was so bad, there was no way I was swinging...but, then, I hit the HR to save the day. Whew. This moment and the Rooker moment gave me fits.

@capardo_XBL it’s on Rookie. The only other Rookie moments I’m aware of is in the tutorial ones.

@capardo_XBL Yeah that's brutal! I can only imagine if it was at a different stadium. The power is definitely lacking on that card!

Felt like all the moments were like that. The difficulty is Veteran. Just make it so they throw strikes. I shouldn’t have to swing at balls to get them to throw strikes. Not trying to relive the moment. Just trying to complete it and move on with my life.
That said would 100% rather do moments than showdown.
