What time will HR derby cards be released?

Anyone know? Before/during/ or after? Obviously the winner will be at the end, what about others?

It will most likely be several hours after the event ends. So that they can create cards based on how the players fare in the derby, with the winner getting the best card and the others lesser cards. I expect a tiered pack with the winner (and maybe runner up) being the rare tier.
