@Dolenz_PSN SDS needs to just make it two captain slots and not necessarily a hitter and pitcher captains for situations like the Cardinals.

Not a good setup. I have 2 pitchers and 1 hitter for the Rangers. The hitter is a 85 which stinks.

Unless you are using Astros captains. They didn't update Biggio and Abreu. They are the only 2 left with restrictions on OVR.

@hoboadam_PSN I didn't realize they removed the OVR rating restrictions. Thanks for the heads up on that. It does suck that they left out one team with that. As a Mariners fan though, HA!

I know I’m being greedy, but it would have been awesome if , for the free voucher you chose, if you would have gotten color storm(100%) and TA progress (up to the voucher).

So Bryan Woo's ASG card is not the TA card, but it will replace the B. Woo TA Color Storm Captain card. This will now leave the M's without a pitcher captain, unless we use a much worse B. Woo card!

simple solution:
500 pxp with TA All Star gets you retro all star that is the opposite type so every team has two current captains -

Every team has three captains. The Mariners have two hitters (Richie Sexson and Julio Rodriguez, J-Rod the new one) and one pitcher Bryan Woo with the Color Storm. Like I said, for me to have two captains in use, I would have to use a much worse card for Woo or not have a pitcher captain.
As someone else has mentioned, the Cardinals now have three different hitter captains and zero pitcher captains.

Marlins as well. 3 hitter captains.
Wilson, Edwards and Stowers.
I'm perfectly fine with that because I can run a T3/T1 Marlins/Royals that is very effective and fun, even for Ranked.
While we lose using the better card when running captains, more of the population will not use the lower captain card.

Forgot to add, I have confirmation that SDS is aware of the Astros captain issue and is exploring the timeframe for a fix/update.
Big relief going into a busy few MLB days.
