Sorry to bother you, but I have been speaking with someone from SDS after sending in a ticket and he got back to me quickly and respectfully every time. We had an ongoing conversation via email which the last one said he was going to have someone look into it. I believe I was speaking with Miguel. Anyway, last night everything was working fine for the first time in a little bit, unfortunately today it stopped working. I do not want to continue to send in tickets if he is still working on it. I am curious why last night everything was working to my satisfaction but today I am blocked. If you are able to find out if they are working on it and yesterday was just a glitch that let me use it for a bit I would greatly appreciate it.
