CAN WE PLEASE GET SOME FACE SCANS OF THESE TOP PROSPECTS THAT HAVE DEBUTED!!!!
Chase Burns debuted today!!! He had a historic start and Struck out his first 5 batters. Top 3 pitcher prospect with Electric stuff. He should’ve been added before this game was released along with Jac Cagliogne, Nick Kurtz, Christian Moore, cam smith, Cole young, Kristian Campbell, Kyle teel, drake Baldwin, chase dollander, Jacob misiorowski, chase meidroth, AJ smith Shawver , etc…. Have all debuted! These aren’t just random prospects filling in for IL spots . They are the future of the MLB! TOP PROSPECTS!!!! Please add some players!!!!
Bubba chandler is gonna debut soon so will Noah Schulz and brandon sproat can we please get some of these guys. Ethan Holliday, max clark, Charlie condon, walker Jenkins, and Aidan miller would be great too!
Btw We’re still waiting for Jose Soriano, Colt Keith, Hayden birdsong, Jordan beck, hunter Goodman, etc….. and what is going on with Josh H. Smith???
Also, Can someone please let us know what the process is with this? Are we waiting til after the all star break? Why was every top prospect in the game a few years ago and now we’re still waiting for players who have been playing consistently for a year or a few years? Even last year wasn’t great but you added a lot of players. This year you barely added anyone when the game was released and it’s still almost the same rosters. So many top prospects still haven’t been scanned even after debuting. Just wanna know what to expect and why it’s so hard in 2025 but 2022 the game was loaded?

It’s on the players to decide when their face is scanned not SDS. Mike Trout didn’t have his actual face in the game until either 2017 or 2018.

@theBlindRhino_NSW With today's technology all they should need is an HD photo of the person, which they all take during Spring Training on Photo Day.

@Barfy-Bad-Gas_XBL . Just an FYI not every player plays this game or even uses the app. There are other issues with the game that are a bigger problem than face scans

I just don't understand why SDS doesn't simply hire a bunch of ruffians to track down these rookies and grab them off the streets or near dugouts and throw them in the back of unmarked vans and hold them down, against their will, and get these face scans so we can finally retire these threads.

@theBlindRhino_NSW They don't need them there in person for a decent face scan. All they need is a HD photo. There's no excuse other than pure laziness why they slack on this.

Okay so I don’t understand why SDS doesn’t break into their homes or dorm with and HD camera. Restrain the prospects with zip ties. Take a few pictures and scamper off back to San Diego and upload these scans. SDS is just so lazy. I’m sick of it.

@theBlindRhino_NSW So there's something called Photo Day during Spring Training where every single player takes extremely high quality photos that are available for purchase on Getty images. In fact, those are the images used for a lot of player cards in DD. They have the photos already, they just don't care about the offline roster since there's no money to be made there.

Dear lord, just stop, it’s not about taking the time to get face scans or whatever, it’s about licensing. You want it done sooner, pick up your phone and call the agents of the players and work out a deal to pay them for their likeness. The players want protections and confidence that it doesn’t devalue their brand. Have a drink, smoke a blunt, go jerkoff, do whatever you typically do to relax and realize there’s more to this than your feeble little mind can comprehend.
