Bots in Ranked

So I was watching Ochev on Twitch this morning and every time he found a opponent he would back out because he said that it was a Bot and he did that for almost an hour, so my question is how you can even tell that it's a Bot without even loading into a game? Just on case you were wondering I literally don't know because I really don't play online

No he literally check game history and said oh it's a Bot and backed out

I don't know what a Twitch is but this sounds like someone was hunting for easy wins and anyone who appears to have skills is considered a bot. My guess is that this Ochev was afraid.

Don't know but it's almost like he's cheating, because he claimed that he spent over an hour looking for a game not against bots. He kept saying that there are bots in the 700-1000 rating

I spout a lot of conspiracy theories when I play this game but I don't subject anybody, other than my wife and kids, to any it.

I'm pretty sure anyone he plays, that's better than him, is a bot or cheating.
The only streamers I watch, that don't act like spoiled brats, are KDJTV and Shelfy.
