Manager cards

We should bring manager cards into the game that you could pull out of regular packs or manager packs. These mangers, depending on their overall could benefit your teams overall in certain attributes and you can collect mangers as a collection for a better manager (ex. 2022 NL manager of the year Buck Showalter)
