Playing catcher position.

In another person having issues with the full time catcher position, trying to catch the ball on wild pitches etc. This mode is a joke and half here. You can’t simulate.

I’m having the same problem. We just did update 10 or 11 and they don’t seem interested in fixing this issue. I haven’t played franchise yet but I’ve been told that it’s been a problem when playing a full game. MLB averages a wild pitch less than 1/2 wild pitch per game and I’ll have it happen 3-4 times a game.

Until SDS puts in place in their basic game code a means for the catcher to either call the pitch, or at least know ahead of time the pitch type and intended location, playing the position of catcher is compromised beyond all rational limits. What numbs my mind is that this basic problem was brought to SDS's attention years ago and has gone without resolution. Why SDS would gloss over this is beyond rational defense.
In short, SDS should be ashamed of themselves. They've just ignored a basic issue and made playing this position impossible.
