If you played last year game and you completed the now and Later program before a certain date then you get those packs and that card

Possible they make it a Forever Program reward, but that's both speculative and not even remotely soon.

@Akhenaten1313_PSN If you complete the "Now & Later" program on last year's game, you will get the Mays All Star card.
I completed it the day I made the original post and received the packs and the Mays card sometime this morning.

@sbchamps17_NSW I'm not sure what the cut-off date was, but I honestly didn't think I would get it. I completed the program Friday morning I believe and didn't get any notice or anything. Played off and on all weekend and still nothing. I completed the Sabathia mini seasons early Monday morning and went to open a few pack I received for completing that season and the packs were there and the Mays All Star card. I was definitely surprised but am glad I still was able to receive it. One less All Star card to complete the Rolen collection.
