New Diamond Quest Fail

Completed the entire map with a 62% chance of getting each of the epic cards, Jung and Ottavino. Got neither one. I’m really sick of this game giving me the giant middle finger.
The ROI on time invested is just unbelievably bad. Between the horrendous pack luck, broken gameplay, specifically CPU pitching and fielding, the nerfed xp, exit velocity, packs and stubs it’s brutal.

Yeah had a 56 % chance to get both and lost to the Yankees in the 1st stadium game on a walkoff homerun on veteran difficulty. I do however find some of the challenges like the 4 total bases crazy because you only get 3 outs to do it

This right here is why i don't understand how they keep touting Diamond quest as some "big success" that "people are loving" no its a poorly designed mode that leads to nothing but frustration. People are playing it because it's literally the only way to make stubs at this point. But that doesn't make it fun.

Somethings definitely off with this mode. I just completed both stadiums twice at 70% on Hall of Fame for the diamond cards and didn't get them either time! Ok that doesn't seem to likely at those odds, but here's the kicker... I didn't receive a Ballin pack on one of those stadiums and that should have been at 91 % according to my calculations! Somethings off

FYI don't play the New Threads DQ it crashes your game alot when loading into a moment

Yeah either the odds aren’t being displayed correctly or SDS is tinkering with things under the hood. I’m sure it’s not another glitch.
Trying to decide if the tag line for this year’s game should be MLB the line out or MLB the glitch. Plenty of both in this installment.

You are right it’s not 100%. But bad luck can only explain so much and I’ve had a lot of it to go around. I’m not alone if you just look around a bit.

The tag line is MLB the quick sell, cause everything is at quick sell value except for the ones ppl want

I just looked it up … The very last minute, Ottavino was sold 11 times (Ohtani is selling prox 7 times per hour) … So, I looked around (go in the app and count the last sells in the last hour)
… Having say 60% just means just a bit more than a coin flip … But I do not think, that the last 7 sells were all goat attempts …
