I can't even get the animation to throw to second base. He keeps running to the backstop with the ball in his hand.
Seriously, whoever designed this needs fired.
Impossible to do for someone that only had one functioning hand.

I stop the wild pitch and my player either just stands there with his thumb up his [censored] or decides to run towards the backstopping.
IF, and that's a BIG IF, I do get the animation to throw to 2nd; the runner is already on the bag.
Really starting to [censored] me off. This is the ONLY one I need to get this card, which I ll NEVER use, so I can get Donaldson.

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN as soon as you catch the ball press the button to throw to second, I had to stop using the analog stick immediately after because he would start running. It’s ridiculous how long it took me to get it right,

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN to catch the ball you have to follow it with your cursor. As soon as you catch it you press the base you watch to throw to and then press RT (right trigger on Xbox)

Do I have to aim? Do I have to press R2 (PS5) BEFORE the circle disappears?

Dude, this moment is terrible.
Complete the throw with plenty of time for the runner to be tagged, but nope he's still safe.

His moments were a pain in the rear.

Something different for a change since most Moments are pretty monotonous. Took me like 4 or 5 attempts after I got the hang of it.
The amount of unnecessary negativity and whining in this thread is pretty laughable. If a Moment in the game gets you that worked up maybe turn the console off and take a breather.

Y’all are complaining about the wrong thing having to sit through playing catcher in a hitting mission is so much worse
