New Cards for Friday May 2nd

I've still been using live series Elly at SS so I am curious to see how this new one stacks up. Love hitting with his cards.

The word 'takeover' scares me, because I think of the Kaiju takeover. My guess is the program doesnt actually reward Elly, just packs. And Elly replaces Polanco as the ultra rare pull from general show packs

Does that mean you can pull diamond LS cards as epic wins in DQ now? I mean most likely it will still be lower diamonds but still might be worth a try.

It means they're withholding the reveal of that reward until the stream.

Because thats the card you can get from the packs, just like polanco or the Kaiju cards from 2 years ago (for which they specifically used the word takeover)

And? Programs dont need to have cards in them. Didnt they do that with London series last year?
I'm just skeptical that takeover means only the icon and pack cover has changed, but its obviously possible.I'm certainly hoping its a program with Elly at the end

@Teak2112_MLBTS If it's the Elly Takeover Program and he isn't the reward that would be pretty insane, but I wasn't playing this time last year so if they've done that before fair enough. I just don't see how you could frame it the same as every other final reward for a program and then this one not be that.

Elly is the reward for the program. Should be a quick and easy one to finish as well.

The second DQ reward is a 90 overall Adam Ottavino. His cards are always pretty sick. But best part might be that its a Standout card, which will help with Rolen.

Good choices. I played a ton of, and finished, AC Shadows and completed South Of Midnight and currently playing a lot of the oblivion remaster.
I may take a run at The Show this weekend and see if I can at least get Ozzie, who by the way should never be a defensive downgrade to Elly. 87 fielding for Ozzie in his prime is kind of unforgivable.

I feel like I've played almost as much as I did in the first inning, and I was pulling wheel spins back then. Now? I'm about 60% there. Ugh.
